Nick Foligno is not quite ready to play big boy hockey just yet. But where he is now compared to where he thought he might be after being injured in Calgary on Feb. 28 had the Bruin veteran thrilled after he finished up another on-ice session on Saturday.“I feel great. I think for me, everyone gets exited, myself included, being out there. It was a pretty significant injury that I had,” said Foligno. “It’s a credit to our medical staff, therapist Scott Waugh, that I’m a little further along than we were probably expecting. There’s no real timetable. It’s just a matter of me feeling as good as I need to feel. When that time comes, we’ll know when I’m ready. It’s hard, because you see me out there skating but I’m still working toward feeling as good as I can for the team when I want to come back and step in. That’s all we’re focused on. As much as I’d like to be out there, and dying to be out there, I’ve got to ma...

NORTH RIM, Ariz. (AP) — The public will have to wait a little longer to visit the North Rim at Grand Canyon National Park this year.Like other parts of the West, northern Arizona received an abundance of snow over the winter, and park officials say pushing back the opening from mid-May to June 2 will give them more time to plow the main state road that leads to the rim and allow staff to reopen visitor facilities.“We appreciate the patience and cooperation of our neighbors and visitors with this delay as our partners and park staff work to open the North Rim roads, trails and facilities safely,” Superintendent Ed Keable said in a statement Friday. According to park officials, the North Rim has received more than 250 inches (6.35 meters) of accumulated snowfall since October. That marks what is believed to be the second-snowiest on record for the North Rim since 1925, although there are some years of missing data during that time period.
